Ian Reynolds

Non-Executive Chairman

Ian has a wealth of commercial experience having worked at IBM for 19 years, joined the IBM Board in 1987 and then leaving to become Chief Executive of ABTA for 11 years. Ian is also currently chairman of the Family Holiday Association and a non executive director of St Mary’s Paddington Charitable Trust, General Industries PLC and the Travel Foundation.

Mansukh Ganatra, FCCA
Managing Director

A Chartered Certified Accountant, Mansukh previously worked with KPMG, the City Accountants, before joining Intasun Ltd (Tour Operators) in 1979 as Group Financial Controller, making a significant contribution to their growth until 1982. Mansukh is a long-standing member of the Travel Insurance Industry Conference (TIIC) organising committee and previously Treasurer of the Association of Travel insurance Intermediaries (ATII).

Anil Kumar, FCA
Group Finance Director

Anil has the overall responsibility for Financial Control, Customer Services, IT and HR. A Chartered Accountant, Anil comes with a City of London background and was a Senior Auditor with KPMG, after which he acquired extensive experience in the mining industry in Central and Southern Africa.

Greg Lawson, BSc (Hons), F Inst TT
Commercial Director

Greg joined Citybond Holdings plc in 2004 as Broking Manager from Lloyd’s brokers, Butcher, Robinson & Staples, and is responsible for all sales, broking, quality control and FSA compliance issues within the Company. Greg is currently Chairman of the ATII.

Satish Ganatra
Administration Director

Previously IBRC registered, Satish has overall responsibility for Credit Control and Office Management.
